Transcripts

Marshall University offers electronic or paper transcript delivery.  Students enrolled at Marshall University prior to Spring 1990 can only order paper transcripts.  Please click on the link below to order a transcript.

• Aviation Maintenance Technology, A.A.S. program students can order their official Marshall University academic transcript at the link below. To obtain your complete joint collaborative program academic transcript showing all grades, coursework, and conferred Aviation Maintenance Technology, A.A.S. degree contact Mountwest Community & Technical College Office of the Registrar.

Current and former students can print an unofficial copy of their transcript from myMU if no social or financial obligation holds exist on their account. Log into myMU, then select Students from the menu. Under Student Self-Service on the left, select Student Account Information and then Unofficial Academic Transcript Request. Select transcript Level.  If you have more than one degree (i.e. bachelors and masters), you can select the level to print. Under transcript type, select WEB Unofficial Transcript.

If you are unable to access your myMU account, you can stop by the Registrar’s office in Old Main 106A to request an unofficial copy at no charge. Photo ID is required.

If you are unable to make a trip to campus, a written letter with original signature is required.  In the letter please provide your name, address, student ID number (or birthdate and/or the last four digits of your Social Security number) and your signature. This letter can be faxed to 304-696-2252 or mailed to the address below. Unofficial transcripts can be mailed to you for no charge.
